Fall has officially arrived

Which means, my favorite holiday is coming up! Halloween! In honor of this holiday quicklyly approaching, I have decided to dedicate my blog entries to Halloween throughout the month of October. Yes, October is still a few days away but I was just too excited to keep it a secret.

Since I have a few more days, I wanted to talk about my friend Annie’s wedding that took place two years ago. Annie was my roommate my senior year in college, but we were close during our four years at Murray State. When her now husband, Jeremy, proposed to her, I was thrilled when she asked me to be a bridesmaid. They had decided to make it a fall themed wedding. They set an October date and made preparations for an outside wedding beside the house she grew up in.

The day of the wedding, Jen (college friend), Annie, and I were scheduled for hair appointments several hours before the wedding was going to begin so we had not bothered to do our makeup. Unfortunately, the lady who had done Jen and my hair did such a terrible job that someone else had to fix her mistakes. It took so much time, that we didn’t get back to her house until 15 minutes before the wedding was going to start. Annie was such a great bride that she wasn’t worried about the time situation because she knew Jeremy wasnt going anywhere! Anyway, it was a beautiful ceremony with some great memories afterwards including the groomsmen silly stringing the bridesmaids, Jen tackling me for the bouquet, and drinking a bottle of Asti by myself.

I found some of the pics on a CD in my storage unit and I wanted to share them with you! Enjoy!
